Users can freely define the fields of the "input interface" to reduce the workload and error rate of data input. For example, when using standard QAD for "inventory transfer", users must enter 17 data points, but with the configured system, users only need to enter 5 data points to complete it. If using pallets, only 2 data points need to be entered.

Configuration of system variables

Configurable system's common variables. For example, Company A's QAD only has one SITE, and the Kuaiyi BarCode system can "fix" the value of the common variable SITE. Afterwards, when users process transactions, they do not need to process the data of SITE [this field is implicit], thereby reducing the workload of data entry.

Configuration of system logic

By configuring the system, it automatically performs logical processing. For example, in order to achieve the effect of FIFO, the LOT of the materials that are stored first is relatively small, and the LOT of the materials that are stored later is relatively large, and the receiving order number is automatically generated by the system.
